These OCX files are complicated when it comes to Windows compatibility. If the OCX has not been designed with multiple operating system support in mind, then you will not be able to use it because these libraries need to be programmed from the beginning. Unless you obtain a new version of the software which uses this file, there isn't anything you can do.
