Corel error code 998

After the installation in Windows 7 Corel Draw (Home and Student suite x6) it shows an error code 998. I tried turning off firewall and re-installing but it still shows the error code when I try to open the program. It is supposed to be compatible with Windows 7 and 8.

Please go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features and search for Searchqu or Ilivid applications. It's most likely that these application were installed from other sources. It is one of the most popular reasons Corel Draw does not start.
