This is what it says when you access the user guide to check its requirements:
"The RDWork v8/LaserWorks v8 application is required to run on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10. It is recommended that your PC is equipped with a minimum dual core processor as well as having at least 2gb of RAM installed."
As you can see, it supports Windows 10 and it's even recommended to use it, but nothing is specified about the Corel Draw Suite.
The only thing now that remains is to actually test the application with Corel, eventually export the data from RDWorks to Corel.
