Q-matic monitor player is no longer playing. Each time I restart my system it keeps showing ''fail to connect to Q-WIN, upload new monitor playlist"
Uninstall then install the software again, and perform a new configuration or modify the current settings of the application. It seems that the application can't connect to server to retrieve the streaming playlists.
