There shouldn't be a major problem, as if you have deleted the connection, then you can restore it using Device Manager. From what I understand, you have deleted the adapter connection. You can restore it by starting device manager (1. Start > Run > type devmgmt.msc and perform a refresh by selecting an item on the list and clicking the small computer icon on the main menu, 2. Right click My computer > Properties > Hardware > Device manager).
Your drivers will not get deleted when you remove the adapter icon/connection from Network and after you perform the refresh, everything will be installed right as it used to be.
