My Kata T1 won't turn on

Question

I downloaded Skype, two games, and a recipe list. After downloading, my Kata T1 was still working, but when I connected the tab to the computer it turned off and did not turn on anymore. I tried to reset it but still it never turned on. What should I do?

I think you will need to send the tablet to warranty service because it does not feature a Recovery mode which you can access to wipe all the settings and restore the tablet to factory default. Please use your local Kata distribution store or contact the official company using the contact form.
