How do I add a new license for a new purchase to the 'My Licenses' list?

My past licenses are now all well out of date. I have downloaded the latest eLicenser Control Centre (May 2022) but am unable to add a new license to appear on the list. Any help would be very much appreciated. Mac Pro OS 11 attempting to start up latest Cubase LE 11.
