How I find the location of the cells already in the dgn?

from time to time I must update MS dgn files and I want to know how I find the location of the cells already in the dgn

To find the location of cells already in a MicroStation dgn file, you can use the Locate Cell tool. This tool can be found in the Cell tab of the Ribbon menu. Simply click on the Locate Cell tool and then click on the cell you want to find. The cell will be selected and highlighted in the view window and its location will be displayed in the Locate Cell dialog box.
