How to concert C church hymnals and transpose into E flat altosax for choir?

Our church choir dir wants me to play also sax. HE sends 4-5 hymnals on Friday and I dont have time to convert to E flat. I need a software that can GET CLOSE. I know how the hymns are performed and can make notations but need a quich conversion from either a scan or photo from smart phone.
