You can't do that with MPEG Streamclip because it won't allow you to import Bitmaps, instead I recommend installing other applications that are really developed for such purpose.
For example, there is MakeAVI that will allow you to load images (PNG, JPG, and BMP) to export as AVI. If you don't like the AVI format, you can always convert it with Handbrake to MP4.
