Dat of new track is in 2002. Can this be solved?

Whatever I do, all tracks (and all trackpoints) have a date in 2002 ... like""2002-09-15 18:31" while I recorded them yesterday. Using the "GPS+Viewer_SIRF" program the dates in the device look ok. So it must be a software issue of Canway 1.1.12, I think. Can this be solved? The device is now unuable and I will have to return it.

Yes, it seems to be a software issue with Canway 1.1.12. You may need to contact the company for support or return the device if it is unusable.
