Dell All-In-One Printer 948 won't fully communicate with my computer

My computer won't fully communicate with my printer Dell All-In-One Printer 948. Even though I have original, as well as, downloaded drivers installed, they won't work making my Windows 7 repeat: "The driver is not installed". It's quite annoying and I have a comic to keep working on. Can you help me please?

Please try and uninstall all the drivers, using the Programs section in Control Panel and use the Windows Update while the printer is connected to the computer. In most of the cases Windows Update will download all the necessary files and drivers required for your product. On the other hand, maybe you have downloaded a wrong driver and that's why you encounter these problems. Please download the official one and install it using the Run as Administrator handle.
