My computer cannot communicate with the printer: Dell Photo AIO Printer 942. What should I do?

The communication errors could appear for the following reasons:

  1. Bad driver installation {Please check for a yellow sign or a red X in the printer or unknown category found in Device Manager from Control Panel > System > Hardware}
  2. Cable (Make sure the USB communication cable is plugged in to both sides: PC <=> Printer)
  3. Faulty printer (Check the local service support for replacement or diagnostics)

Once you check these reasons and it still not working, then the service support will provide all the details regarding to the issue.
