How to change the circular bounds of my genome?

Dear all,

I have a reference of the Psuedomonas fluorescens, which I have edited and I have added an antibiotic cassette.

Once I edit it, I save it and then I export it as .gb
from Geneious.

When i use the file for further analysis I am taking always this error

Error in reference file. Feature on sequence AM181176 has coordinates (6699683-6701515) that are both outside of the circular sequence bounds (1-6699662).

Any thoughts, help, direction on how to change these bounds would help

To change the circular bounds of your genome in Geneious, you can go to the "Sequence Viewer" tab and click on "Configure Sequence View." From there, you can adjust the start and end coordinates of your circular sequence. Once you've made your changes, be sure to save the edited sequence and export it again as a .gb file.
