My sticky notes disappeared behind the wallpaper (!), how can I get them back, or create one new?

To retrieve your sticky notes, you can try changing your wallpaper to a different one, which might bring them back to the foreground. Alternatively, you can create new sticky notes by opening the sticky notes application and selecting the option to create a new note.
