Does DiskTracker v2,4,5 run on MAC OS 12?

I've been using DiskTracker v2.4.5 on OS 10.6.8 for years and now want to keep my catalog and operate the ap on OS12.1. Will this work? Would an updated version of DiskTracker work with the older catalog?
