It is not possible to prevent students with admin rights from switching off the ACM-Client on their computers. Administrative privileges provide users with full control over their systems, including the ability to disable or uninstall software. Therefore, if the students have administrative rights, they have the capability to switch off the ACM-Client despite any attempts to prevent them from doing so.
