I've crawled most of the websites, but couldn't find anything about it or the error in MicroType. The KB Skill Builder doesn't appear to be available on any of the visited websites.
I strongly recommend checking the built-in Help file to see if there are any errors listed there. Also, check the guides posted on the official website. There are 3 available for you to choose.
