Could you please figured out why I could not use it?

I installed Digital Olivers Lock several months ago, and it worked. Yesterday, it didn't work, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. But, I couldn't launch it, and the icon on the desktop didn't show. The folder: C:\Program Files\Olivers Digital Lock, is empty. Could you please figured it out why I could not use it?
