How to download and installaties OnSong Console on my MacBook?

I have worked with OnSong Console on my MacBook Pro for many years but today it could not start and gave a fault message.
So I deleted the app from my MacBook and tried to install a fresh version from your site.
Unfortunately when hitting the download button I got a message that this app can not be downloaded and installed in my country The Netherlands
