Camera is working on my phone App. No image on HiP2P. UID shows in video box. Image works fine in IE
You can try connecting the camera by right mouse click on the camera and choose connect or disconnect. This is from the Preview panel.
From the preview panel, double click on the camera under "region" to add it to the "current screen".
I have the same problem. HiP2P connects to the camera's. I can change settings. BUT I can't get any video.
I forgot to mention they are working fine on CamHi on my phone. Can change settings, and get HD quality video/pictures.
Good question. There is really something to think about here.
Same problem on OSX , If I double click on the camera name, which should then show the live view, I get " The current configuration is not supported, please contact the technician"
I solved this problem by changing the "Display Mode" from "Direct 3D" to "Direct Draw", into "Config/Other Settings".
I have the same issue. phones work fine old laptop download works fine but neew laptop. cameras are added but there is no sound or picture at all the cameras are showing online. I hvae deleted and re installed the app but the cameras are still showing on the download. I am at my wits end now it get it to work or have to return lapop as only bought for monitoring cctv
