No Audio in P2P Download File

Question

Just installed version 6.4.8.6 for Genbolt GB-209X.

Pretty happy with your product, except one issue: When I try to download Files from camera, only option I have is in .264 format.

File is downloaded, I can play it in PotPlayer or GeePlayer, but no Audio.

When I convert it to mp4, by using ‘Any Video Converter’, mp4 is produced, but again –No Audio.

Any chance this can be fixed? Maybe Download it directly to mp4 format with Audio?

Any suggestion?

Android App from Genbolt can do this!

No, currently the program does not support downloading files with audio directly in mp4 format. The user can try using a different video converter or reaching out to the program's support team for further assistance.
