My game is not running but the Windowed mode has been disabled and cannot be used. The message appears and what does it mean?

The message 'Unable to switch screen modes." appears when try to use the Windowed mode (e.g. 1024 x 768 pixels are not required in this screen resolution) in the Garden Dash game. For this reason, try contacting your technical support if you have to use a Windowed mode for the game.
