My laptop died, and I don't remember the Client password. I can log into the Web interface, but the password I use there does not work on the Client. v 12.8.1
To reset the password in the ControlMaxx Desktop client, you will need to contact the support team or the administrator of the program. They will be able to assist you in resetting the password for your client account.
