Before you can see/use the services on the phone you need to make sure that the phone has Bluetooth capability support and it's discoverable. You can do that from the Bluetooth's settings. Then from the application's window select Add a device and when the phone is found, select Pair a device because you will need to pair the devices first in order to be able to see the available services. On the other hand, not all applications have this feature implemented regarding services and beside file transferring you don't have access to anything else. Pair the devices with the same code, and then use Discover Services.
