I replaced GXT2-700RT120, which shuts down a Windows 2000 OS via the RS232 (DB9). I installed a PSA5-1000RT120 which has USB. Can you supply the correct version of Multilink to use the USB instead of the DB9?
I have Java 1.1.8 installed. Will the new software have the JAVA that I need?

Yes, you can use the USB connection instead of the DB9 with the Liebert MultiLink program. However, the software may not have the JAVA version you need.
