Remote shutdown on MultiLink application.

I have a question about the implementation of a shutdown remote from the MultiLink application. We want to schedule the right way to turn off the servers connected to the Liebert GTX2 3000 UPS but the "command" column is disabled on the MultiLink Viewer.

What is be the problem here? I couldn't find the MultiLink Advanced version to do that (suddenly, a message appears: The MultiLink Advanced version must be used). There's a MultiLink Advance version, isn't there? We couldn't find it on the Emerson website to download or inside the original CD. Our idea is try to run a command line or script to turn off the other servers from this platform or this application. Could someone explain this or tell how to implement it, please?

There is a MultiLink application available on the Emerson Network Power website. The application is available for downloading, but for the MultiLink Advanced, you will have to contact the developers using the following URL: http://www.emersonnetworkpower.com/en-EMEA/Support/Pages/default.aspx

MultiLink software: http://www.emersonnetworkpower.com/en-US/Products/InfrastructureManagement/DataCenterMonitoringandAccess/Software/Pages/LiebertMultiLinkAutomatedShutdownSoftware.aspx

Try using the user guide to properly implement the command.
