YouTube Downloader problem. Any suggestions please?

Sorry, initially asked in the "review" section:-
I'm very happy with this and have been using it for a couple of years now & burned plenty of DVD's after directly downloading mp4's from YouTube then converting to VOB etc but can't seem to be able to use this programmes YouTube Downloader. Tried copy/paste method but the Analyze URL is greyed out so doesn't do anything. I've even tried a full uninstall/reinstall but same this. Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit Any suggestions please? TIA
