Why does ArcSoft Photo+ not working in BigSur?

Once Pictures are dragged to ArcSoft, or File>Open> App Crashes, error 'ArcSoft Photo+ quit unexpectedly. Click reopen to pen the app...... etc. Not be able to use ArcSoft since upgrade to Big Sur. Can't find support page to troubleshoot. Suggestions?
