Can I automatically extract one frame per 10 minutes from the video?

I am using MSH Video Client to handle .vdm videos. I need to extract still frames from the .vdm videos to use for machine learning purposes in my work. I am looking to extract one frame per 10 minute of video, and to have the program do this automatically. Can this be done? So far, I can only find that I can save each frame manually.
