I am installing Power Agent onto my laptop but when I go to run the program it does not open informing me about java 1.7. Can I run PA without java?

No, you cannot run PowerAgent without having Java 1.7 installed on your laptop. Please make sure to install Java 1.7 or a compatible version before running the program.
