Uncertainty Analysis Error : doesn't show selected time series result

In Uncertainty Analysis when I choose to show me the results of gage flow time series but in HEC-DSS show me the error of (No data found for Date ....). It seems the Soft ware doesn't understand my specified Data for the uncertainty analysis and go one year before my specified date in the analysis.

It appears that the software is not understanding the specified data for the uncertainty analysis and is going one year before the specified date in the analysis.
