Download Fluke View forms 3.3 to Windows 10

I would like to download a previously purchased Fluke View forms 3.3 and designer to a Windows 10 operating system so that I can retrieve my Fluke 54 II data. The disk I have suggests it is only good up to Windows XP? I do not want to start a new download with the Demo/Reader. BT
