Displaying cities on us map - Mapland12

Question

I have a version of Mapland12. I want to display data for US cities. I see the list of cities to match to but how do cities with names appear on a US map that is only states? Am I missing a map that already has cities on it? Probably not because the great number which would produce a cluttered map. Solution?
