lost inlog password for PC

After a new version Windows 10 i lost my HiP2P Client inlog/open for my PC. So i cannot open the programm

Did you mean the start icon for HiP2P? Check your desktop for the list of programs that Win10 did NOT copy over. If it's there just install HiP2P again. If you saved a copy of your settings, use that by IMPORT Parameters to transfer the settings over to the new HiP2P. If you do not have a copy of your setting then you might have to config everything.
