Can I use Version 7.5 with SuperCAD and SuperPCB versions 4 and 5 schematics and layouts?

I need to reinstall a windows 7 operating system that I have been using most recently with SuperCad 4 and SuperPCB 5. I also need to reference schematic and layout files with earlier versions of Mental Automation software. Can I use Version 5 for everything?
