Can't open file. I get the message "Cannot load data. Could not access output of the projection importer" How to fix?

I installed Galileos viewer and tried to open a wrap-and-go file. That was the error message I got. How do I open the file and what is wrong?

On our laptop with an external CD drive, windows 11, this problem was solved by disabling the built-in "AMD Radeon Graphics" graphics card. Now we are looking for drivers that will allow us to do without disabling this card.
