Why the galileos viewer version 1.9 won't open in Windows 10, 64 bit? I kept on getting “cannot load data” error loading data. Pls help

same problem here, i try 1.8 version
but i dont know whats the cause of the problem, dont know if this is the solution too xP

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

I always reinstall the first thing! Then I check the drivers and see other technical errors! And then on the Internet there are many opinions here and here on this issue they write!

Hi, it happened to me also, but finally I've found the solution.
You just need to
1) Install .Net Framework 3.5 (which includes the 2.0 and 3.0 version)
2) Then install Gallileo Viewer by right click on Setup file and choose Run as Administrator
Done.
Just try it and then feedback to me.

You may install .Net 3.0 first
