All of my images, videos and music have disappeared from the gallery and download folder. Yet, I can find video list in the MX Player application but except that, the gallery is empty.
Please help.
The application used the phone's gallery and storage to detect the content. You will still see the content list only in the player's library but you will not be able to play or view them because the path where they were stored is no longer valid. Recovering is possible by connecting the storage device (SDCard) to a computer and use recovery software, something like Recuva. You will need a SD card adapter and a compatible card reader to be able to connect the storage device to the computer through a USB cable.
even if you can't see the folders you have to connect your card sd to your computer then try to show hidden files or use a woftware called "recovery my files" It's normal to see it on mx player pro apk
