Canoscan Toolbox will not uninstall from Win10. What's the trick?

I downloaded CanoScan Toolbox from your website. I selected version 5 but it loaded version 4. I would like to get it off the machine, but Win10 can't seem to remove it. Why not, and how do you remove it?
