After I have installed BenBox and the driver. I select the lighting bolt to setup. It will not show any comports. All I get is a blank bar. I have tried this on a couple computers with no success. Any info would be helpful.
I should also mention that the CNC laser is all hooked up and plugged in and powered up, the lights are on. Also when I plug in the usb my computer does make a sound telling me that something is hooked up. but I cant see it in the device manager or anywhere else.
Any advice, please?
