After the big update of Windows 10 our duplicate machine doesn't work. It can't find the COM port and I can't install a COM port. What to do?
When you attach something to the Serial/Parallel port, the software should detect it, however, many applications nowadays that are using COM ports also need a driver for this operation. Therefore, look for the driver for your machine and the corresponding COM port should be enabled.

Same problem with Windows 10. When trying to duplicate a board in demo board, I get the error message "COM port does not respond".
By "machine", do you mean the Bridgesorter unit? Where do I look for the driver and how do I enable it?
