Can I use Scroll Basic Plus 7 Tablet with Google Play store in Germany?

Can somebody explain me how to use the Scroll Basic Plus 7 Tablet with Google Play Store? Is it possible to work with it in Germany?

I am afraid that the tablet has no support for Google Play Store because of the partnership problems and instead of this you will need to use an alternative installed on your tablet - SlideME Marketplace.

i am not that sure because i had only got but will not let me download the app or let me download anything from an d keeps saying you havent signed in when i have and also will say you dont have any device and will say you havent accessed the Google play store app (the white shopping bag app icon) on your device with this email
