The External Parameter section needs some primary configuration before it can be used. This is detailed in the Help section.
Start the software, then press F1 and input External parameters in the search box. Double click on the available topic on the left and then read all the text and procedures that have to be completed for that section to become online.
I've also searched the web, but couldn't find anything about the Afors-Het application.
