You have to visit the following website to download the latest ALM file with the coordinates. Click the second link named GPS/GLONASS almanac in Trimble Planning file format and you will be taken to an FTP address. It's best to access this address with your browser.
This appears to be the only way to obtain the latest almanac for the Trimble Planning.
