Every vault application works based on two principles:

1. Encrypt files and deny every access attempt unless it's within the application.

2. Hide the files from other applications.

I believe the app that you're using is no different at all. Therefore, to transfer the files from vault to PC you need to unlock them in the first place. Enter the password the security feature that you have and then unlock the files. Once unlocked, simply copy the files out of the vault and where you want them stored.
