Will the Lite version open encrypted DSS files?
Yes, it doesn't matter if the DSS files are encrypted or not (which they are by their simple format meaning), the DSS Player-Lite is capable of opening both DSS normal and encrypted files.

Save the installer and use Run as Administrator if you have a modern operating system installed.
