What you need is called a Seedbox, a remote machine (typically a server) where torrent clients are installed. You add the torrent file in that client and then you can download it remotely via FTP/HTTP, etc.
One such service is SeedBox.IO. I've previously used their services and it was OK. You have every details for each plan.
