I don't think the GKWin is available anymore which means that compatibility is uncertain right now. I've searched the websites and followed the trace to download the application but it was impossible. Without a package to download and test, I can't really say what are the compatible operating systems you can run it.
However, if you previously launched the application successfully on a particular operating system, then that's the latest one you can use the app with.
