What does Object reference not set to an instance of an object mean?

There are users who encountered the same issue but no one posted a fix because the project seems to be in stall status.

Instead, try using the original application that still works. The developer even recommended to try the alpha version of the new OutlookGoogleCalendarSync.

Also, what you experienced in the application appears to be an unrecoverable bug.
